By submitting, I grant Reigncane Vodka and its affiliates, licensees, agencies, successors and assigns a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license and release to use, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt, caption, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform and create derivative works from the submitted video and audio, together with my name, image, likeness and voice, in advertising, marketing, promotional, commercial, social-media, website, retail, digital, print and other media now known or later developed, without further payment or approval.

I represent that I am 21 or older; the submission is original or properly licensed; it does not knowingly infringe third-party rights; and I have permission from any identifiable adult appearing in it. I understand Reigncane is not required to use my submission and may edit it for length, format, captions, sound, placement or other advertising needs so long as the resulting use does not materially misrepresent my stated opinion.

I understand that I may submit only one video and receive no more than one promotional reward through this program. Submission does not guarantee approval, use of the video, or receipt of a promotional reward. Reigncane may modify, suspend, or terminate the Creator Program at any time. Reigncane will determine whether a submission satisfies the program requirements and review standards. If my submission is not approved, Reigncane will not use the submitted video for advertising or promotional purposes. If approved, the promotional 1¢ bottle code is subject to eligibility, inventory, shipping availability, age verification and applicable federal, state and local laws, taxes and fees. The code may be single-use, nontransferable and subject to an expiration date stated in the approval email.
