Shipping & Delivery

All orders will ship within 1 business day of being placed unless otherwise stated, causes outside of our control or other delays.

For U.S. shipments containing alcohol, an adult signature is required at the time of delivery.

Shipping Terms

Alcoholic beverages will not be sold or delivered to anyone under 21 years of age. By visiting our website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

The delivery carrier will require valid proof of age and an adult signature upon delivery.

We do not ship to APO addresses, FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses.

The shipping carrier will typically make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package to the sender.

California residents are subject to applicable sales tax.

All stated shipping times are based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

When placing an order, please make sure your billing address matches the billing address associated with your credit card.

Alaska & Hawaii

Certain shipping terms listed on this page may not apply to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Free shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii, regardless of the number of bottles ordered.

We currently offer standard ground shipping only to eligible delivery addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.

Damaged Shipments

If your order is damaged during shipping, please email Orders@reigncanevodka.com as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to pursue a claim and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Returns

All returns must be approved by Reigncane before being shipped back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In some cases, Reigncane may provide the customer with a return shipping label, and the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund or otherwise charged to the buyer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for the applicable shipping costs.

If the buyer requests a refund instead of having the order reshipped, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

Title to and ownership of alcoholic beverages purchased through this website pass from the liquor store facilitating the sale to the purchaser in the State of California.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for the transportation of the alcoholic beverages from California to the purchaser’s destination state.

By arranging transportation through a common carrier, the liquor store facilitating the sale is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of, the purchaser. The purchaser may be charged for this transportation service.

By using this service, the purchaser represents that the purchase, transportation, possession, and delivery of the alcoholic beverages comply with all applicable local and state laws.

The purchaser further represents that they have obtained any required permissions, paid any applicable fees, are using properly licensed intermediaries where required, are legally permitted to possess the alcoholic beverages ordered, and are legally permitted to receive the quantities purchased.

By completing a purchase, the purchaser also confirms that they are at least 21 years of age.
