4. Reigncane Video Uploader and Google API Services
The Reigncane Video Uploader is developed and operated by or for BWLS and Reigncane Vodka. Its purpose is to receive, store, organize, review, and administer Reigncane Creator Program video submissions.
Google Data the Application Accesses
An authorized Reigncane administrator may connect a Reigncane-controlled Google account to the application.
Depending on the permissions granted, the application may be technically authorized to access Google Drive files and Google Sheets within the connected account. In normal operation, Reigncane limits that access to data reasonably necessary for the application, including:
- A designated Google Drive folder used to create, upload, store, organize, retrieve, or manage Creator Program video files.
- File names, file identifiers, links, folder information, metadata, and file content associated with those uploads.
- A designated Google Sheet used to create, append, read, or update Creator Program submission, consent, review, audit, and reward records.
- Google OAuth tokens, authorization status, and limited account information necessary to establish and maintain the connection.
The application does not use Google Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or unrelated Google account data for the Creator Program.
Members of the public who submit Creator Program videos are not required to authorize access to their personal Google accounts. The connected Google account is intended to be controlled by an authorized Reigncane administrator.
How Google Data Is Used
Google user data is used only to:
- Create or resume video uploads.
- Store submitted video files in the designated Google Drive location.
- Record submission and consent information in the designated Google Sheet.
- Permit authorized Reigncane personnel to review submissions.
- Record review outcomes and administer rewards.
- Maintain security, audit, troubleshooting, and operational records.
- Protect the integrity and reliability of the application.
Storage and Security of Google Data
OAuth credentials and tokens are stored using access controls intended to limit access to authorized systems and personnel.
Creator Program video files may be stored in Google Drive, and associated metadata and consent records may be stored in Google Sheets. Authorized Reigncane personnel may access those materials as necessary to review submissions, administer the program, provide support, investigate security issues, and comply with law.
Sharing and Transfer of Google Data
Reigncane does not sell Google user data.
Reigncane does not use Google user data for personalized advertising, data-broker activities, credit decisions, insurance decisions, or generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model training.
Google user data may be disclosed only:
- To service providers acting for Reigncane and subject to appropriate restrictions.
- To authorized personnel who need access to operate or support the application.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
- To protect the rights, security, or safety of Reigncane, users, or the public.
- As part of a business transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements.
- With the Google account holder’s direction or consent.
Reigncane’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention, Revocation, and Deletion of Google Data
OAuth authorization may be retained while the Google connection remains necessary to operate the Reigncane Video Uploader. An authorized Google account holder may revoke the application’s access through the security settings of the connected Google account.
When authorization is revoked or the integration is discontinued, Reigncane will cease using the authorization for new access. Existing Creator Program files and records may be retained as described in this Privacy Policy, including for program administration, consent and licensing records, legal compliance, security, accounting, and dispute resolution.
Requests concerning access to or deletion of Google-related information may be submitted using the contact information below. We will respond subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
Shopify and Technology Providers
Our store is hosted through Shopify. Shopify may process customer, device, transaction, and storefront information to provide its platform, checkout, security, analytics, personalization, and related services.
We may also use hosting, cloud-storage, application-development, customer-support, security, and technical service providers.
Licensed Retailers, Fulfillment Providers, and Delivery Carriers
We may provide information to licensed alcohol retailers, warehouses, logistics providers, and delivery carriers to process and deliver orders, verify age, obtain an adult signature, handle returns, and comply with alcohol laws.
Payment and Financial-Service Providers
Payment processors, card networks, financial institutions, fraud-prevention providers, and digital-wallet services may process transaction and payment information.
Marketing, Analytics, and Advertising Providers
We may disclose identifiers, device information, internet activity, purchase activity, or campaign information to providers that help us operate email campaigns, understand website usage, measure advertisements, or present relevant content.
Professional Advisers
We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, and other advisers where reasonably necessary.
Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process.
- Respond to a valid governmental or law-enforcement request.
- Protect rights, property, security, or safety.
- Investigate fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or security incidents.
- Enforce agreements or defend legal claims.
Business Transactions
Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information when you request, direct, or authorize us to do so.
6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money.
We may allow analytics, advertising, social-media, or Shopify-related technologies to collect or receive identifiers, device information, internet activity, or commercial information. Certain privacy laws may define some of these activities as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising even when no money changes hands.
Where applicable, you may opt out through the cookie banner, a “Your Privacy Choices” or data-sharing opt-out page made available on our website, a legally recognized browser signal, or by contacting us.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information belonging to anyone under 16. The Services are intended for adults who are at least 21.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not sold, shared for targeted advertising, or used to build advertising profiles.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, software-development kits, local storage, and similar technologies.
These technologies may be used for:
- Essential functions: Operating the website, maintaining the cart, processing checkout, securing transactions, preventing fraud, and remembering privacy choices.
- Functional purposes: Remembering preferences and improving functionality.
- Analytics: Understanding traffic, interactions, errors, and website performance.
- Advertising and measurement: Measuring campaigns, limiting repeated advertising, and presenting content or advertisements that may be more relevant.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent portions of the Services from functioning.
Where required, we provide controls for nonessential cookies. Your choices may apply only to the browser or device on which they are made.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is not one universally accepted standard for these signals, the Services may not respond to all Do Not Track settings. Where required by applicable law, we process legally recognized universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out request for the applicable browser or device.
8. Shopify Privacy Controls
Shopify may process certain personal information independently under its own privacy terms.
Depending on our Shopify configuration and your jurisdiction, you may have access to Shopify’s privacy controls to:
- Limit Shopify’s use of information for advertising.
- Request access to information Shopify holds.
- Request deletion of information Shopify holds.
- Manage cookie-related choices.
A link to Shopify’s privacy portal or other applicable Shopify privacy controls may be made available through our Privacy Policy, cookie banner, data-sharing opt-out page, or website footer.
9. Creator Videos and Public Use
An approved Creator Program submission may be used publicly in advertising, marketing, social media, websites, retail materials, digital media, print media, or other channels in accordance with the Submission & Usage Agreement.
Public use may include the creator’s:
- Video and audio.
- Name.
- Image and likeness.
- Voice.
- Statements and opinions.
- Social-media handle.
- Edited excerpts, captions, or derivative versions.
Once content has been published or distributed, third parties may copy or redistribute it beyond our control. We cannot guarantee complete removal from all third-party platforms, archives, search results, or previously distributed materials.
A privacy deletion request does not necessarily revoke an otherwise valid, perpetual, or irrevocable license granted under the Submission & Usage Agreement or require deletion of records that Reigncane is legally entitled or required to retain.
Videos that are not approved will not be used by Reigncane for advertising or promotional purposes. We may retain an unapproved video and related records for a reasonable period for review, security, fraud prevention, auditing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
10. Marketing Communications
You may choose to receive Reigncane product news, offers, and marketing communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us.
Even after opting out of marketing, we may send transactional or service-related communications, including order confirmations, delivery notices, customer-service responses, security alerts, Creator Program decisions, reward information, and legal notices.
11. Promotions and Incentives
We may offer discounts, promotional codes, rewards, or other benefits in connection with newsletter enrollment, a purchase, a Creator Program submission, or another promotion.
Participation is voluntary and governed by the terms presented with the offer. Information collected is used to determine eligibility, administer the promotion, prevent abuse, communicate with participants, and fulfill the benefit.
These promotions are not offered in exchange for permission to sell personal information. You may decline optional marketing consent, although information necessary to administer a particular transaction, submission, or reward may still be required.
12. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

- Marketing contact information may be retained until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record needed to honor the opt-out.
- Approved Creator Program content and associated license and consent records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to exercise and document the granted rights.
- Unapproved Creator Program content may be retained for a reasonable review, audit, security, and dispute period.
- OAuth credentials may be retained while the Google integration remains active.
- Security logs may be retained for investigation and system-protection purposes.
We may retain information longer when required by law, a legal hold, a dispute, or a legitimate security need.
13. Information Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental loss and unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no website, transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting any password, claim code, discount code, device, account, or other credential under your control. Notify us promptly if you believe information or credentials have been compromised.

Please identify the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate relevant records.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may require confirmation through an email address, order information, transaction details, or other reasonable information.
Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when we cannot verify identity, an exception applies, or fulfilling the request would interfere with the rights of another person.
