Liqueur vs. Vodka?
Vodka is a spirit that is distilled to above 190 proof (very pure), then proofed with water and typically bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), with little to no sugar.
A liqueur is a spirit that contains added sugar and can be heavily flavored.
Cocktail or Straight?
Enjoy it on the rocks—it’s delicious by itself. Make an espresso martini or White Russian, or use it in any coffee liqueur cocktail and let it shine.
Sweetener
We sweeten our Vanilla Coffee Liqueur with inverted beet sugar. It has a similar earthy character to raw cane sugar, but with the added benefit of a browned, cooked-sugar flavor that perfectly complements the coffee.
